The conjunction of three entities set the stage for innovation:
The following gets innovation moving - people with specific proclivities to recognize uniqueness (conspicuous change) within the environments of business, industry, markets, social, philosophical, political, intellectual, legal, regulatory, technology and demographics and who are able to organize and support efforts to create value from/around selected uniqueness. It's very difficult to predict the success of any innovation because it can occur most anywhere outside of or within the product development process and within any facet of business or daily life. However, innovation success can only be achieved by taking a risk, setting specific goals for achieving value from planned action, driving for market acceptance of the results and finally... some good luck - the most overlooked component of innovation success.
