Conclusions and Recommendations

This different way of behavior between Europeans and Chinese doesn't suggest any of them are better or more productive than others. It might bring you to an understanding of where you come from in terms of your own culture by trying to understand the party you are going to deal with.

Be polite, communication in an implication way, spend some time to build up personal relationship, show your respect to them, to be a part of the group. Then you are likely to be able to handle things in an objective and constructive manner.

We don't know who discovered the sea, but we are sure it wasn't fish! (Arab Proverb)
