Lack of post-sales support.
Are you going to be around in two years? Next week? Lack if this assurance, a naïve sales and support staff or lousy customer service and warranty support will certainly inhibit sales.

What to do about it!
Demonstrate company longevity and customer support by showing the strength of the investors, reputable manufacturing partners, market knowledge, warranty packages, product development plans, product life management, service capabilities, etc.

Poor user documentation or user interface.
If users can not easily understand or use the product or the product does not operate 'as expected' within its intended environment, the market will tend to reject the product.

What to do about it!
The product should be easy to comprehend and manipulate; so the design and instructions need to be conveyed with simple, contextual clarity and not be based on technical jargon or 'geekese'. The product must operate as expected (determined through user/market research and testing) within its intended environment and with other intended ancillary products and systems.
