
Next are the testing documents, which are used to ensure that the efforts (dictated by the design documents above) were implemented correctly.
Once you have determined that a specific document is not (likely to be) demanded by any of the Groups-Of-Influence, gauge the document's necessity against the Guidelines-Of-Business as a final check. If a document does not fit within any guide then it's not needed. Some people like to have duplicate (beyond the established repository) or superfluous documents for their own reasons and fiefdoms. If this is the case, those documents must be declared 'unofficial' and never used as basis for the operation of the business. |
