What is generally accepted or rational is not of interest to us. We choose not to work with those who want a general...anything; Clients nor Candidates. We assess not just the WHAT, but seek to understand the WHY, for it is in the responses to WHY, that we can best determine intent and motivation.

Therein lies the true nature of the person/organization. When our Clients specify that they want a peacock, we ask them to define in great detail, the type of peacock that they want. We, in turn, present to them, only qualified peacocks. We do not try to dress-up a penguin to look like a peacock. By our estimation, a penguin may be a bird, but it will never be a peacock.
