Patrick J. Griffin, is the Manager of the Presario Desktop product line at Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston, Texas. He served as the Manager of Presario Notebook product line from 1998 - 1999. In addition, he was responsible for launching new product categories through the U.S. retail channel. Patrick has been with Compaq since 1994 and has extensive knowledge of the retail channel and new product launches.
Prior to his career with Compaq, he served as President of Advanced Warming Systems, Inc., a medical technology company based in Lubbock, Texas from 1989 - 1992. While at Advanced Warming System, Inc., he obtained a patent for the co-invention of a warming device applicable to the medical field.
Patrick earned his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1989 and received his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1994.
In addition to his professional career, Patrick is a health and fitness enthusiast. He is a leisure fitness expert and enjoys staying fit, eating healthy, and teaching others about a healthy lifestyle. He wrote The Beginner's Guide to Better Health, a self-help manual, to help others learn more about the habits of good health and how easily it can be achieved.
