Angelika Kolb-Telieps

Angelika Kolb-Telieps is the owner of K-T Innovation and offers consultancy and interim management since July 2008. She focuses on continuous improvement, innovation, and quality. Her target group are producing companies and engineering offices. Angelika's goal is to support the success of her customers by innovation. Angelika studied physics, promoted in engineering, and gained professional management and consultancy experience in R&D, innovation and quality management over many years in metal industry with ThyssenKrupp VDM GmbH. She was involved in developments of iron chromium aluminum foils for catalytic converters, nickel iron alloys for electronic applications, and a nickel alloy for substrates of high temperature superconductors. Many results have been published. She took care of the development of production routes for new alloys, too. She implemented innovation management from idea triggering over project management to market introduction of new products in this company.

She lives in Luedenscheid, which is situated in North Rhine Westfalia in Germany. Her two daughters, Tanja and Karen, are grown up. So Angelika can spend more time with her hobbies now, which are reading and shooting and cutting videos with her camcorder. She likes to spend time outside, in her garden or hiking. Last not least she enjoys travelling and spent vacation times in several European countries, in the US, in Mexico and Peru.
