Mariana Ferrari is an International Innovation and Marketing Expert and Writer.
She is 44 years old, a citizen of the world based in Miami where she lives with her two sons Maximo and Ignacio and her Labrador named "Falucho". Mariana has lived 44 intense, insightful, international and innovative years. In her personal life she has gone through the toughest challenges of loosing her parents when she was a teenager to moving internationally, marrying and divorcing and being the youngest of a ten sibling's family. Professionally her life has been very intense as well. She has been at the C-level of Fortune 100 companies like ING, in top management positions of the largest advertising agencies on earth, like Young & Rubicam or J W Thompson or managing multi-million dollar programs for companies like Philip Morris. She has over 20 years of multi-discipline (marketing, sales, crisis management, innovation & general management) experience in multi-national, multi-cultural and multi-sector environments such as retail, financial, consumer, tobacco, energy, etc. Her varied experience is the foundation of her innovative mind who can combine learnings from one industry and apply them to another to come up with highly innovative solutions. Mariana has started three companies and written a best-seller book titled La Puta Vida Corporativa (translated title: Bitchy Corporate Life) as well as collaborated in other books as guest author. Mariana is a restless mind. She is always learning, creating, networking, innovating. She is now designing the innovation programs for the University of Miami and besides teaching corporations how to innovate, Mariana is passionate about teaching people how to innovate on their lives to live a happy, intense and passionate life. She coaches small businesses on how to do Simple, Smart & Sexy marketing campaigns and help top executives at large multinationals to motivate their employees to innovate and drive better results. Because she is a restless mind, she is now writing her second book, titled Your Future Ex-Wife, which is meant to be a guide for men to finally understand how women think and feel about love, but most importantly a fresh and innovative look into today's love relationships. She thinks that if everything has changed, we ought to change the way we approach relationships as well.
