With over 40 years of product and business experience Bill Evans has been involved with many successes and some failures and he brings this invaluable experience and insight to a client. Bill can assemble and manage highly competent teams of professionals.
Since the 1970s Bill has sourced, qualified, and managed onshore and offshore contract manufacturers. Tooling and molding is often an integral aspect in his clients’ product development. For an ever increasing variety and complexity of client industries Bill provides parts, process, technology, and services sourcing, vendor qualification, supply analysis, and supplier reconciliation and onsite start up/corrective management.
For critical "time to market" products Bill and his international colleagues provide the technical expertise and program management for product development from any step in that process to secured manufacturing and market distribution.
Bills' senior management background and from his varied and intense consulting work affords clients experience in enterprise development and management, complex contract negotiations, and in due diligence for technology/product investments and acquisitions.
Prior to undertaking product development and manufacturing Bill encourages/guides his clients to look at all alternatives for bringing product to market.
